Each week The Resilience Project At Home will provide 5 activities for Adults that will focus on one of The Resilience Project principles. This week, the focus is on Mindfulness.
Activities
1. Meditation

There are many great ways to practice being mindful.

2. Yoga

Yoga is a great way to slow down your mind and allow your thoughts to pass.

3. How Many Pieces Do You Do?

This activity is simply about completing a puzzle!

4. Get Creative

Being creative is a wonderful way to focus our mind. When we are immersed in creating an object, we are being mindful.

5. Make a Playlist

Music is a wonderful way to help us seek positive emotion.
