This activity book is aimed at children aged 6-13ish.

It has 25 fun and engaging activities to help you to practice Gratitude, Empathy, Mindfulness and Emotional Literacy (5 activities for each principle) along with definitions and ideas of how to practice them throughout the day.

Activities include writing gratitude letters, mazes and spot the difference, to thinking about acts of kindness and breathing exercises.

The purpose is to introduce kids to GEM to make them feel happier and give them some useful strategies for self-care.
