Tracking numbers for parcel post and express post are sent by Australia Post to your email, these can be used to track your order via the Australia Post website. Note, orders sent as a letter do not have tracking.
Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have submitted with your order. Please be careful to make sure delivery addresses are correct as we cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect or undeliverable.
COVID-19 update: We are continuing to pack orders and send them out as quickly as we can. However, we are a small team, now working from home and following the restriction guidelines so there may be some delay. Australia Post is also impacted by the pandemic resulting in delays to delivery and asking for our co-operation and patience. Christmas deliveries: For deliveries intended for Christmas Day, Australia Post has advised all orders be placed by Saturday 12 December 2020. Due to the huge increase in online shopping during this period, we cannot guarantee that orders placed after Saturday 12 December 2020 will arrive in time. International orders: at present we are accepting orders from a few countries overseas. We will continue to review this given the disruptions and delays to postal delivery caused by COVID-19.
