Wellbeing Program
Wellbeing Program
A fun, evidence-based program to support your whole service community.
Based on the evidence-based principles of Gratitude, Empathy, Mindfulness (GEM) and Emotional Literacy, our program equips children with lifelong wellbeing habits, builds educator resilience and empowers families to support wellbeing at home.
Families are children’s first and most important educators, so we’ve created multiple opportunities for wellbeing experiences to be shared at home.

Cozy Koala is our key home-to-service initiative and a much loved part of the program (by children and adults).
When Cozy visits a home, families engage in GEM experiences and children have the opportunity to share their adventures with their peers.
100% recycled materials
and 100% huggable.
Community projects are fun activities designed to strengthen the connection between your service and the wider community, while also embedding our GEM principles to support wellbeing.
Designed with children, families, educators and service visitors in mind, we provide everything you need to successfully implement each community project.

Our Early Years Wellbeing Program is centred on the evidence-based principles proven to support the development of resilience and positive mental health.
Gratitude
Paying attention to the things we have right now, and not worrying about what we don’t have. We practise this by noticing the positives around us.
Empathy
Putting ourselves in the shoes of others to feel and see as they do. We practise this by being kind and compassionate towards other people.
Mindfulness
Our ability to be present at any given moment. We practise this by slowing down and concentrating on one thing at a time.
Emotional Literacy
Being able to recognise and label your feelings and emotions as they happen.
Both Inspire and Engage components are delivered together within the program.

Not only has the program visibly impacted the children’s wellbeing, it has also made a huge impact on our families, educators and local community too!
– Okeedokee Early Learning Centre
Through this program, we have been able to deepen our Centre’s sense of community by fostering genuine connections and active participation from the children, their families and our educators.
It is so gratifying that there is finally a resource out in the early childhood education community that actively supports children’s development of positive mental health outcomes.
– Una Albany Creek Early Childhood Learning and Kindergarten
Taking Cozy Koala with the workbook home has created much excitement for the children. It is also wonderful that they can all share a different report with their peers, and this has kept it interesting.
– Bentleigh West Kindergarten
We are already seeing the positive impact of this program on the children’s social-emotional development. Their growing confidence in expressing emotions and seeking support is a testament to the power of this program.
– Brunswick Kindergarten
This initiative has made a meaningful impact on our young learners, helping them build confidence, emotional awareness, and the ability to bounce back from challenges.
We as adults have also learned a wealth of valuable knowledge and strategies to be able to support our little besties!
