Each card has an image of one of the GEM superheroes on one side, and a question or conversation starter on the other side relating to GEM (Gratitude, Empathy, Mindfulness and Emotional Literacy).
The cards can be used in a variety of settings like at the dinner table or in the car on a family holiday to spark conversations around GEM and give ideas to practise GEM on the spot and in daily life to promote and strengthen positive mental health and wellbeing.
