Kids (4yo - 11yo)
Each week The Resilience Project At Home will provide 5 activities for Kids (4yo - 11yo) that will focus on one of The Resilience Project principles. This week, the focus is on Empathy.

As parents and caregivers we ask that you assist your child/children in completing the activities. Some of the activities will require more assistance than others.
1. Post it - Thank You Cards

We would like you to think of people in our community who are still working to help all of us.

2. Cheer Up Letters

Draw a picture and write a message to family, friends or neighbours that may be lonely at the moment.

3. Family Kindness

What is something you can do to help your parents/carers out today?

4. My Friends

Write or draw something that one of your friends does well (something they are good at). 

5. Random Act of Kindness

Today you’re to do a random act of kindness for someone.
