21 Day Wellbeing Journal

Developed in collaboration with clinical psychologist and regular guest on The Imperfects, Dr Emily Musgrove, our 21 Day Wellbeing Journal is filled with daily wellbeing tips and simple activities to support your mental health.

Each day, you’ll be guided through a different activity aligned with Gratitude, Empathy and Mindfulness, before being invited to list three things that went well for you that day.

After 21 days, evidence suggests you’ll start scanning the world for positives (Gratitude), find yourself being kinder (Empathy) and feel more tolerant, calm and focused (Mindfulness).

This journal is designed for adults and teens aged 12+.

The Imperfects - My Imperfect Life Journal

Inspired by episodes of The Imperfects, this journal will encourage you to reflect on and unpack your own imperfect life through 100 thought-provoking questions.
