The Resilience Project is excited to launch a School Mindfulness and Meditation program
“We are better able to care and educate others when we are able to do so for ourselves”
The program will be delivered by experienced mindfulness educator and former teacher Kasey Frawley. Sessions are offered to both staff and students providing them with highly engaging practical strategies to practice mindfulness.
Participants will leave feeling relaxed, recharged and supported with techniques and strategies to continue to make mindfulness a part of their every day.
