We are going to practise #DIS just like the video.
Think about things at home that you are grateful/thankful for.
Now you can go and point out things in the house you are grateful for and say DIS.
NB: Children will really enjoy taking their own photos too.
Once you have all the photos you can use them to create a #DISMOMENT poster/slideshow/book and/or post some to Instagram/Facebook with the #DISMOMENT.
