TRP @ Home provides a range of activities for Lower Primary (Foundation - Year 2) students to practise The Resilience Project's key principles. The following set of activities focusses on Emotional Literacy.

As parents and caregivers we ask that you assist your child/children in completing the activities. Some of the activities will require more assistance than others.

Complete a See Think Wonder exercise relating to the Coronaviurs.

My Worries

Have children draw a picture of all the things that are worrying them at the moment.

When do I Feel?

Cosmic Kids Yoga is a great channel on YouTube. Using a computer or a TV, play the clips.

Name That Emotion

Watch the video together and guess the emotion the character is feeling.

Calm Down Strategies

We all get angry and frustrated from time to time.

My Strengths

Think of your friends. What would be one thing they say you do well (something you are good at)?
