Each week The Resilience Project At Home will provide 5 activities for Adults that will focus on one of The Resilience Project principles. This week, the focus is on Gratitude.
Activities
1. #DISMOMENT

We’d love to learn about what makes you happy, and the moments when you are grateful. 

2. People/Places/Things

Compile a list under each heading of as many People/Places/Things that you are grateful for.

3. Write a Letter.....

There are certain people in our lives who’ve had a profound impact on us.

4. Do You Know How Fortunate You Are?

Take note of all the things mentioned in the video that you have.

5. What do I do Well?

Write down as many things as you can. 

6. Create a Gratitude Journal

When practising gratitude we begin to rewire our brain.
