Each week The Resilience Project At Home will provide 5 activities for Adults that will focus on one of The Resilience Project principles. This week, the focus is on Empathy.
1. Random Act of Kindness

Today you’re to do a random act of kindness for someone else. Try and do several!

2. What Do My Mates Do Well?

Write down something that one of your friends does well (something they are good at).

3. Empathy Reflection

Watch the clip where Brene Brown describes what empathy looks like.

4. Perspectives

Being able to put ourselves in others shoes, to see and feel what they are seeing and feeling is a valuable skill as we grow older.

5. HoMie

This activity is going to look at supporting people experiencing homelessness.
